2. General terms of use¶
Access to this website means that the user accepts the legal conditions published on ehundu.com at the time of access. The user must read these conditions, which may be modified. User means the person who accesses, browses or uses the services of this site.
- Access to ehundu.com is free of charge.
- The user must make lawful use of the contents, in accordance with these conditions, the law in force, morality and public order.
- The user will refrain from introducing viruses or any sequence of characters intended to damage or alter the systems of this website, from obstructing the access of other users through the massive consumption of resources, and from using the showcase form for any purpose other than proposing a site made with Ehundu.
3. Intellectual and industrial property¶
The code and the documentation of Ehundu are published under the MIT licence, whose text is in the project repository (opens in a new tab). That licence allows them to be used, copied and modified under the conditions it sets out.
The logo and the illustrations of Nidel are not covered by the MIT licence: Paigar reserves all rights over them. They may be used as they are, without modification, to talk about Ehundu or link to the project: in an article, in a talk, in a list of tools or on a site made with it. For any other use, such as a modified version, a product or the image of another project, permission must be asked through the contact page.
The sites in the showcase belong to their owners, as do their names, their trademarks and their contents. The screenshots and the links are shown with the authorisation of whoever proposes them or of their owner, and for information purposes: ehundu.com has no connection with them beyond the fact that they have been made with Ehundu.
Trademarks, logos and distinctive signs are reserved to their respective owners.
4. Liability regime and warranties¶
- The information published may vary. The legal conditions published on ehundu.com at the time of access will apply to the user.
- The owner has adopted reasonable technical measures for the correct functioning of the website, but cannot be held responsible for the continuity and availability of its contents, for the absence of errors in them, for the absence of viruses or harmful components, for the impregnability of the security measures or for the damage caused by anyone who breaches the security systems.
- Ehundu is offered as it is, without warranty of any kind, under the terms of its licence.
- Links to other pages, including those of the sites in the showcase, may lead to sites over which ehundu.com has no control: the user accesses those contents at their own exclusive risk.
- The owner reserves the right to suspend access to the site temporarily and without prior notice for reasons of maintenance, repair, updating or improvement.
5. Privacy and cookie policies¶
Information on the processing of personal data, including that of the form to propose a site, is in the privacy policy. ehundu.com does not use cookies; we explain it in the cookie policy.
6. Modifications¶
The owner reserves the right to modify these conditions by publishing the changes on this site. The conditions published at the time of access will be considered to be in force.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction¶
The relations between the owner of ehundu.com and the user will be governed by Spanish law in force. In cases where the law allows the parties to submit to a jurisdiction, both parties, expressly waiving any other, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Bilbao.
