Privacy policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026. This is a courtesy translation of the privacy policy in Spanish. If the two versions differ, the Spanish one prevails.

This policy explains how the personal data of those who visit ehundu.com, propose a site for the showcase with its form or write to us with the contact one is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

What data is processed and what for

  • Visits to ehundu.com. This site uses no cookies or statistics tools. Like any web server, the hosting automatically records some technical data of each request, such as the IP address, the date and time, the browser and the page requested. They are used only to provide the service, keep it secure and prevent abuse, and they are not cross-referenced with other sources to identify anyone.
  • Form to propose a site. The address of the site, its description, your name (or your company's), your email address and, if you write it, anything else you want to tell us. We use them to review the proposal, let you know whether the site goes into the showcase and, if it does, to publish it. The address, the name of the site, a screenshot and its description are published; your name and your email are not. The mandatory fields are essential to be able to deal with the proposal: if you do not fill them in, we will not be able to do so. In addition, the service that collects the form keeps a technical record of each submission (date, IP address, email and result) to prevent abuse.
  • Contact form. Your name, your email address and your message. We use them to read what you tell us and to reply to you. The three fields are mandatory, because without them we could not deal with your message.   • Direct emails. The data you give us when you write to us, to deal with what you ask.

Why your data can be processed

  • Your consent, which you give by ticking the boxes of a form and submitting it (article 6.1.a of the GDPR). You can withdraw it whenever you like, without affecting what has already been processed. We keep a record that you gave it: the notice we receive with your proposal or your message shows that the boxes were ticked.
  • Our legitimate interest in keeping the site and the forms available and secure (article 6.1.f), in the case of the technical records of the server and of the form service.

Who it is disclosed to

We do not disclose your data to third parties, unless a law requires it. To provide the service, providers that process it on our behalf and only for that purpose are involved: the hosting provider of this website, based in the European Union, and the service that collects the forms and sends them by email (ideforms.com (opens in a new tab), by Idenautas, which in turn uses an email-sending provider). The servers on which they run are in the European Union and we make no international transfers of data.

Cookies and storage in your browser

ehundu.com uses no cookies, neither its own nor third-party, nor any other storage system on your device. Nor does it use analytics tools, tracking pixels or similar techniques. All the resources of the site are served from our own domain, with one exception: the showcase and contact pages, which load the forms script from ideforms.com and, when you submit one, send your data to that service, without installing cookies on your device. That is why we do not ask you to accept anything when you arrive. We explain it in more detail in the cookie policy.

How long it is kept

  • Technical records of the server: deleted periodically.
  • Site proposals: for as long as needed to deal with them and, if the site is published, for as long as it stays in the showcase.
  • Contact messages: for as long as needed to reply to you and deal with what you ask.
  • Technical record of the form service: for as long as needed to prevent abuse.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, object to it and, where applicable, its portability. To exercise any of these rights, or to withdraw your consent, write to us at info@idenautas.com saying what you want and, so that we can identify you, from the address you wrote to us with.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es (opens in a new tab)).

Minors

This website is aimed at people and companies that develop websites and does not collect data from minors. In Spain, to process the data of a child under 14, the consent of their parents or guardians is required.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss, alteration or unauthorised access of your data, taking into account the state of the technology and the risks they are exposed to. This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the forms send their data over it.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the law or in the service. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its date. If you have any doubt, write to us at info@idenautas.com; the legal notice completes this information.
